What to Drink While Fasting and What to Avoid
Liquid calories are still calories so they will break your fast. When quenching your thirst and staying hydrated during a fast, focus on the basics: plain water, herbal tea and, in moderation, tea and coffee with no sweeteners or milk/cream.
