Billing & Shipping terms

All payments are due before item will ship.

Enzymedica accepts all forms of major credit cards.
All payments are processed by Shopify.com. If you have any questions about billing please contact us.

Subscribe and Save payments will process on a continual basis at the interval selected by the customer. The first payment will process when a subscription order is initiated. As an example, if a customer were to choose a 28 day interval, their card would be charged every 28 days thereafter.

Customers have the right to initiate a new Subscribe & Save order, or cancel an existing Subscribe & Save order at any time. Changes to Subscribe & Save orders can be made through the personal customer order portal. A link to this portal is emailed to the customer once a new Subscribe & Save order is initiated. If you have lost access to this portal or need further assistance with a subscription order, please contact our customer care team and we will be happy to help.

Subscribe and Save products will ship at the same interval that payments are processed, beginning when a subscription order is initiated. Delivery time for these items may vary depending on shipping address. You may cancel recurring product delivery subscriptions at any time.

Products ordered under the Subscribe & Save program are discounted by 10%. This discount will automatically be taken off your payment charge. Sales promotions, coupons, BOGO deals, or other discounts CANNOT BE COMBINED with Subscribe & Save orders.

Shipping

Shipping for the continental U.S., Alaska and Hawaii:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.
  • FREE for orders greater than $50
  • Estimated delivery timing is provided at checkout based on the shipping method selected.
  • International orders - please refer to the International Distributors list.
International Distributors

Orders for customers in U.S. Territories (U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands) may be placed with one of our fine online retailers.
