CONSUMERS PURCHASING DIRECTLY FROM ENZYMEDICA:

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be issued for the original purchase price of the product, minus any applicable shipping and handling charges.

Enzymedica reserves the right to request the returned product be shipped to Enzymedica at purchaser’s expense. Purchaser is encouraged to use a traceable method for shipping, such as UPS or Fedex.

Consumers purchasing Enzymedica products advertised with promotional materials as offering a “30-Day Money Back Guarantee” should first attempt to return their product to the retailer they originally purchased from. If the retailer does not accept a return, the consumer may contact Enzymedica within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase, and Enzymedica may at their sole discretion issue a refund.”
