ATP (adenosine triphosphate)

Citrate
Magnesium is an essential mineral to which ATP must bind to be biologically active. We use the form magnesium citrate.
Phytase
Phosphate, required for ATP synthesis, is released from phytic acid found in foods by the enzymatic action of phytase.
CoQ10
