Scott Sensenbrenner, Chief Executive Officer
Sensenbrenner plans and directs all aspects of Enzymedica’s policies, objectives and initiatives, and is responsible for both the short and long-term profitability and growth of the company. Sensenbrenner has an extensive track record with some of the industry’s leading nutritional companies, including Enzymatic Therapy and Perrigo (PRGO – NASDAQ), the largest generic pharmaceutical, OTC and nutritional company in the United States. Prior to joining Enzymedica, Sensenbrenner served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Thorne Research, a leading manufacturer and marketer of therapeutic supplements sold exclusively to health care practitioners.
Paul Davison, Executive Vice President of Sales
Paul Davison believes that vibrant health is a choice available to all. For over 15 years Paul has been a fierce advocate of organic & non-GMO foods and supplements, herbal healing, healthy living, and socially-responsible business practices. Currently Paul leads and motivates the Enzymedica sales organization, to include a national team of Account Executives, brokers, and inside sales; international sales; key accounts; customer care; and Enzymedica’s Professional line, Enzyme Science. Prior to joining Enzymedica, Paul served in various leadership roles including Vice President of Sales, New Chapter Vitamins, helping to fuel the growth of the brand that led to its acquisition by Proctor & Gamble, and Vice President of Sales with PlantFusion, a division of Reliance Private Label Supplements.
Dr. Michael Murray, Chief Science Officer
Dr. Murray is one of the world's leading authorities on natural medicine. He has published over 30 books featuring natural approaches to health. He is a graduate, former faculty member, and serves on the Board of Regents of Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Murray will be critical to driving new innovations in product development for Enzymedica, as well as leading research efforts to create next generation formulas that will be groundbreaking for the industry.
Chris Dion, Vice President of Sales
For the better part of 20 years Chris Dion has been a passionate believer in living a healthy lifestyle… so it made perfect sense that he would turn his personal zeal for health & wellness into a career spanning over 17 years. Chris’s journey began as a vitamin buyer for a Whole Foods Market store in Troy, MI. Then accepting a position with Country Life as an Account Executive covering 4 states in the Upper Midwest. From there Chris was recruited by Twinlab Corporation as a Key Account Executive in the Los Angeles, CA territory. His talents were quickly noticed by management and Chris was promoted to lead the Food, Drug & Mass division of Twinlab Corporation; both National Brand and Private Label businesses.
With a yearning to be a part of an organization that best-aligned with his passion for health & wellness, Chris joined Enzymedica in early 2014. Chris serves as the Vice President of Sales, he is in charge of all the strategic accounts for the Company’s expansion and continuous growth.
Ryan Sensenbrenner, Director of Marketing
Sensenbrenner oversees the marketing department at Enzymedica. An Enzymedica employee since 2011, He is responsible for leading marketing strategy, including product development, promotions, advertising, social, digital and creative development. As a strong advocate for the creation of a fair marketplace for all retailers, he serves on the Board of Directors and is Treasurer of SENPA, a natural products association. In 2017, he also co-chaired the SOHO trade show in Orlando, FL. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Journalism from Grand Valley State University.
Monica Andrichak, Director of Marketing Operations
Monica Andrichak reports directly to the Director of Marketing, handling the day-to-day business of the marketing department. She is responsible for liaising with and coordinating the marketing team's actions in support of Enzymedica’s branding activities and new product process. She is also responsible for a wide variety of promotional initiatives and acts as Project Manager for special projects. Andrichak has 14 years of experience in the C-suite, holding similar positions at CA Technologies' Asia Pacific and Japan Headquarters in Hong Kong and at Siemens in Beijing, China. Andrichak holds a Master's Degree in International Management from Australia's Macquarie University.
Chad McHugh, Director of Demand Planning & Procurement
McHugh joined Enzymedica in 2003 as our Director of Operations, and has been integral to the success of our Operations team. McHugh maintains close relationships with our business partners, both directly and through the operational teams, with a continued commitment towards improving services. Additionally, McHugh has overall responsibility for all major operation and functional areas within Enzymedica, including the delivery of services to our customers, vendor management and supply contract negotiations.
Rachel Szpond, Director of Quality & Regulatory Compliance
Rachel Szpond oversees the implementation of Enzymedica’s quality systems and processes in compliance with cGMP regulations. Ms. Szpond manages and directs quality assurance and quality control operations in addition to serving as Enzymedica’s regulatory representative responsible for DSHEA, FTC and international compliance. Ms. Szpond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and has earned a certificate in Regulatory Affairs. With a background in science and quality, she participates in new product development by actively seeking cutting edge science-based ingredients.
Michelle Le Beau, Director of Administration
Monica Andrichak reports directly to the CEO, handling the day-to-day business of the office. She is responsible for liaising with and coordinating the executive team's actions in support of Enzymedica’s objectives and policies. She is also the liaison to Enzymedica's Board of Directors and acts as Project Manager for special projects.
Amanda Glover, Director of Human Resources
Amanda Glover provides strategic human resources information and recommendations while overseeing Enzymedica’s human resources programs including recruitment, benefits, training and development, coaching, employee relations and safety. She also takes a leadership role in developing a company culture that enables employees to perform in a superior manner and develop their talents while also having some fun. Glover holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management, has earned her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications as well as a certificate in OSHA safety.
Yasmyn Maccaroni, Director of Sales for National Accounts
Yasmyn Maccaroni was born into the Natural Food industry, being born into a family that has a chain of health food stores in the Northeast. After graduating The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree she took a job with UNFI in sales. After gaining some corporate experience in the health food business, she was offered a sales position with Solgar Vitamins for the NYC territory. Her stellar performance caught the attention of Country Life Vitamins where they offered her a sales position and she accepted. After moving from NYC, she accepted a job with Steaz Beverage company as a Regional Manager for the Northeast territory. She then moved on to New Chapter Vitamins where she worked a large portion of her career as an Account Executive for Central NJ and then FL, and then became a Regional Trainer for the South East Region. Yasmyn worked the remainder of her time at New Chapter as a Strategic Account Executive for the Southeast Region. Currently, Yasmyn works as Director of Sales for National Accounts with Enzymedica, the leader in digestive health.
